odc is a business solutions company that produces projects for our customers from all over Turkey. We are looking for Senior Software Developers who can adopt to our young and energetic team and dynamic working atmosphere and also can work at a quick pace.

The Role
Developing projects with ASP .Net/C# languages on MS-SQL and Oracle Server, involving to analyses, preparing functional documents, participating in on-site meetings.

Main Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains in-depth understanding of client’s existing business processes and applications
• Reviews and contributes to the definition of functional requirements
• Identifies technical options for providing operational/​production support or resolving applications or system problems
• Reviews system performance and recommends approaches improving overall performance
• Participate in detailed project planning and design reviews.​
• Translates functional requirements into technical requirements
• Reuses existing software where possible
• Reviews and analyzes software metrics such as complexity and performance
• Stays current with technology industry trends
• Actively participates in information sharing activities
• Identifies and disseminates “best practice” in development and maintenance of applications and systems
• Ensures software fits within architectural framework and adheres to technology standards

Requirements

• Excellent skills in .NET/C#, MS-SQL programming,
• ASP.Net, Web Service, HTML, Javascript, AJAX knowledges are essential,
• Knowledge of latest web technologies is required.
• Coding experience in ORM frameworks
• Experience in business analysis

Experience
